This organization needed a structured, engaging leadership development program to help new and experienced managers lead with confidence, effectiveness, and empathy. The goal was to create a program that taught leadership principles and empowered participants to apply them in real-world scenarios.

To achieve this, I designed and implemented a 12-week leadership training program that blended:

  • Structured course modules with clear learning objectives
  • Engaging, web-based learning tools & discussion forums
  • Custom slide decks for interactive presentations
  • A hands-on applied leadership project to reinforce learning

This program was designed to improve workplace culture, increase leadership effectiveness, and foster team collaboration.

The final step involved presenting a comprehensive leadership plan to peers, fostering feedback, accountability, and real-world application of leadership principles.
